Q – Can you be a good bowler while squeezing? I can’t throw the ball without squeezing my thumb against the inside of the thumb hole. If I don’t squeeze, the ball falls off my hand and goes nowhere. I average 183 right now but that’s mostly cause I miss spares. Thanks! – Steven Vincent

Finger Inserts, Thumb Slugs, Switch Grips, and Thumb Molds OH MY!

There are so many options when it comes to how the bowling ball feels in your hands. And there are many determining factors to how you release the bowling ball.
